Passive Revenue Generators that work while you sleep

It's the new year and as work at home mommies (WAHMs) and
stay at home moms (SAHMs) Plan on making 2006 better than
last year the one goal on their minds is added streams of
revenue generators. If this is not what you are looking for then read
no further.

Gotcha, good. Let's get down to the importance of passive
revenue generators or tools.

By passive revenue generators, which I'm giving a general
overview for those of us who still may need to be brought up
on the same page - is a tool or revenue generator that can
be started and left on it's own with one little message in
it's head "I think I can", just like the little engine that
could. We are going to look at 'little engines that can' in
order to create revenue generating sites or ideas that work
while you sleep, but also retain customer loyalty.

I'm a firm believer that it is better to give than to
receive - and to whom much is given = much is expected. So
in keeping with the dual goal to retain customer loyalty and
remain a stay at home mom - work at home mom in these
stressful economic times a passive residual income is always
a good idea.

A passive residual income cannot be made by some
presto-chango solutions, it's always going to take work in
some form or manner. And revenue generating ideas are a dime
a dozen, although there are several legitmate ways to
accomplish this and one way I and many others have found is
the tried and true way of writing.

That should not come as a shock to many and some are going
to say I ain't no Alex Haley or Tolkien. Don't really have
to be, hopefully when you decided to be a work at home mom -
stay at home mom the goal was to continue to bring home
something to pay the bills and put food on the table. Still
further an additional reason would be retirement - when all
the children have left home I hope some of you would have
your bags packed for a little trip just to see how it felt
to go somewhere, anywhere without someone saying - Mom!

You have knowledge in your head! Knowledge that a lot of
people don't know about, or either have not experienced the
way you have and they want to know. Basically that's what
the Internet is about, one big library of searchable
information people are searching for to help them accomplish
their goals. Write down on a piece of paper everything you
know about everything and what particular niche you are
aiming to please is where the ideas and experinces can be
made into articles. Do a search and take a look at what
people are reading, talk to your neighbors, friends,
relatives about what's on your mind and they will tell you -
I didn't know that. Write about it, and what they tell you
that they do know about that's in your niche you can
research and add to your knowledge to satisfy your niche.
Clients both current and former are great sounding boards
for ideas about articles. Any seminars or classes that you
have attended, even the ones you will attend - tell your
niche market what you learned and spread the knowledge.

Articles are one of the most effective ways to gain
credibility within your niche for new clients and the info
might bring some old clients back or rejuvenate current
clients. If you have a website, articles that are spread
around the thousands of niche and general article
directories will bring you new business day in and day out.
Some articles that I have written have brought me partners
for joint ventures where I bring products and services to
their clients and vice versa - whatever product or service
your partner doesn't cover that you have available and the
other way around saves them time and money as well as keeps
their clients happy with their company. It's a win + win
situation. It's a highly under-used revenue generating ideas
that stay at home moms/work at home moms often overlook.
Take advantage of it today and get to writing.

This 'little engine that could' called writing can come in
the form of e-books, knowledge ready to be downloaded and
purchased after it has been published. Or you can just give
your ebook away, filled with ideas and experiences that can
help others get ahead or even catch up. The same brain
storming avenues available in stimulating wrtiting articles
can be applied to e-books and e-books are a great passive
residual income generator. Even if you give them away, the
links back to your site or phone/email will bring in
business based on the knowledge you have given away!
Awesome! Work at home mommies/stay at home mothers can put
out those hundreds of recipes that only you have in your
kitchen drawers or closets and stimulate that saved up
knowledge into revenue generators. Know how to knit a rug -
e-book it. Mastered some ways to make or keep children into
being little angels - ebook it. If you can shop till you
drop and all you friends keep calling you to find out where
you got all those things on sale - ebook it. If you have
decorated you home to look like the Taj Mahal in Rankin,
Texas (yes I have been there and it's for real) - don't hold
back - turn it into a revenue generating website with
ebooks. Got a stay at home dad that knows how to type, get
him to help bring those ebooks to life or tap his brain for
ideas.

These are just a few revenue generating ideas hanging around
in my head and I have a dozen more to share with you in
parts 2 - 4 of Passive Revenue Generators that work while
you sleep. I'll even give you a few seconds to peek inside
my head for some of the next article that will be on Niche
Marketing (which I unfortunately speeded thru ) and Coaching
- a great way to bring down the house with revenue
generators. So wake up and stay tuned for part 2, coming
your way soon!
