So how does one seduce their sex senses, you may ask. Through seeing, hearing, touching, smelling, and tasting the things that you love.

When you want to feel sexy, you need to start by seducing all of your sex senses - no one else can do this for you. You become what your senses tell you so if you're feeding your senses sexy things, your brain and your body will follow. If you are having problems with a low self-esteem and feel that you have no sexy qualities, stop it! Every single person can be sexy to themselves and to others if you seduce your senses to feel that way.

First let's start with seeing - look at things that are beautiful to you; a sunset, snow covered mountains, the ocean, a naked body. If you find that what you are looking at is not beautiful, then stop and look at something else. You determine what is beautiful to you, not to someone else.

Next is hearing - what are you listening to? Hopefully not a crying child or a complaining person, or music you hate. Listen to what sounds good to you, soothes you, and sounds peaceful to you. Nature, soft music or whatever music you love, or people that say things that you love to hear, like compliments.

The sense of touch... Feel with your finger tips - they have the most sensation. If you feel thorns on roses, then you get stuck, right? Not a good feeling - it hurts. Feel the rose petals, a persons body, your own body. Gently rub with your finger tips, caress it - seduce it - it's a sense. Love the feeling of satin? Buy a gown or sheets, and rub it between your finger tips. You will be seducing your touch sense, which can lead to you feeling sexy.

Smell - this is one of my favorites. The sense of smell is one of the most important senses used for enhancing your sex drive. What smells absolutely ravishing to you? Is it the scent from a candle, perfumes, a clean body, maybe an apple pie baking. Whichever it is, keep smelling it over and over - feed the brain with that scent. If something smells bad to you, don't keep smelling it... get rid of it. Bad smells decrease the sexual senses.

Last but not least, the sense of taste. Did you know that you can eat foods that make you feel sexy? I can take a bite of a lobster tail and feel as though I'm the sexiest gal on the planet. It gives me an erotic sensation. I seduce the taste sense. Do you have a food that you feel that way about? Maybe it's not even a food for you, maybe the taste of licking your lovers body drives your taste buds wild. Find your favorite taste and keep seducing it.
