There's No Such Thing As A Fair Jury

There's No such thing as a "Fair Jury". Juries are ALWAYS loaded one way or the other and in the Peterson's Trial, the Jurors were Pro-Prosecution. Jurors were deadlocked on a Tuesday. 2 Jurors leave w/in 24 hours and by Friday there's a unanimous guilty verdict. How did that happen? Jurors can't tell us because they remain under a gag order, but Kerrin Hopkins; Internationally Renowned Personality Profiler; can make some educated guesses. Jurors are categorized on a number of qualifications; by their Job/Llife Experience, i.e. the Peterson Jurors included "a former police officer, a firefighter, a social worker, and a woman whose husband was slain in prison"; Gender (6 males/6 females), and Ethnicity .. I just HATE how Jurors are referred to as "Hispanic Juror #6 wiped a tear ... This tells me NOTHING .. but you tell me the juror's name is "Jose" or "Maria" and I can tell you what they think, what motivates them and how they'll relate to information being presented to them by the prosecution or defense. Of the juror names that have been released .. here's my analysis. First you have the guy affectionately known as "Juror No. 5 -- a 28-year-old airport security worker" ... Oh Please! Just tell me the guy's name .. Turns out his name is "Justin". Now, Justin would have been pro-defense .. I just love Justins, they're friendly; they'll talk to anyone .. from the president of a company to a lost migrant farm worker"plus he'll try anything once .. which gives him the disposition that he's messed up before and he's willing to give you the benefit of the doubt if you mess up .. he was thrown off the jury because he was caught on camera talking to Laci Peterson's brother (as an aside .. he tried it once, and probably won't ever get caught doing THAT again!) Interestingly; after his release from duty; Justin said if he had to vote at that point, he would acquit Peterson.

The Former Foreman who left last Wednesday was named "Gregory"; Gregorys are ones for detail that's why it's not surprising he filled 19 notebooks full of copious notes.. Here's where I have a problem .. reporters stated that "We're hearing that he could be a little obsessive,'' Knock it off you people .. based on extensive studies .. Gregs aren't necessarily OBSESSIVE! They're just hard to please. "Do we know why he's no longer on the jury? No. But we do know Gregory asked to leave. My take on this is that Gregs frustrate easily. So something in the deliberation room was extremely frustrating to him. Further if there's any one thing you need to know about a "Greg" is that Gregs need to be COMFORTABLE! .. how comfortable can it be; being sequestered in a hotel; looking at the prospect of another weekend in a hotel followed by a week of deadlocked deliberation? He must have been OUT OF HIS MIND!

Frances was dismissed for "conducting her own research". "Franceses are resourceful, and helpful; I think she just wanted to make sure she was doing the right thing if she did convict;. even though her actions were not necessarily legal. Franceses want to please, and I think she would tend to vote majority just to be accommodating and to avoid conflic; but because she has a heart, she just wanted to indemnify her verdict. Fran's replacement had pink hair and nine tattoos. Analysts were suggesting that "such a free spirit would help the defense". Non-sense .. I know people with pink hair who are aggressive and I know people with pink hair who'd give you the shirt off their back. The Pink Haired Woman's reaction is going to be directly related to the pink haired person's name. For instance I know an Amanda with pink hair .. Amandas are full of love and kindness; hair color is simply self expression. An Amanda with pink hair is just a people pleaser who wants to be accepted by others .. who happens to have a goofy hair hue. Consequently; regardless of her hair color .. and given her name profile; she'd be MORE likely to align with the majority and in this case; vote Guilty. Published Jury Analysts' take on things is that "because the pink haired woman was a mother of four"; she's be offended by Peterson's affairs and blatant emotional detachment. This assessment is true; but that's also in direct correlation with the emotional disposition of someone who wants to be loved and accepted.

Additional analysis suggest that because the new Foreman is a paramedic; he might not have the usual emotional reaction to the wrenching autopsy photos; since he sees gruesome scenes on a regular basis. I say bologna .. Show a Mike a gruesome photo and I don't care if he grooms puppies for a living and collects Barbie dolls .. the guy's going to be curious about the photo .. because Mikes, by nature, are a curious bunch .. show that picture to an Arthur and I don't care if he eats nails for a living .. the guys going to be affected emotionally. Analysts' further felt that the new foreman had a quality the defense might not like; he seemed more of a "big picture" guy,'' If this is true; then in my opinion he must have a name like "Bill" .. because Bills see the Big Picture. The analyst thinks the foreman went for a guilty verdict because the prosecution was creating a "big picture" attack while defense went for a more "piece meal" defense. It's possible, but I still say the foreman thought "big" because of his name.
