An uncommon yet highly effective approach to alternative healthcare is keeping our auras clean. Many of you out there know what an aura isbut do you know the whole picture? There are countless websites filled with interesting information about the subjectthe human aura. There have been quite a few books regarding auras, how to see them, how to interpret the colors and approximate someones mood or feelings by seeing the colors of the aura etc.

The aura is a highly sensitive and intelligent energy field, thats because it happens to be your inner/outer most expression of being. When I say inner/outer, I mean just that. The aura is the extension of your inner most being and it extends out from your body to interface with the world. One might almost say that the human aura is literally the limbs of the soul. The aura is of course not limb-shapedit doesnt look like an arm or a leg. Its shape can and does vary from individual to individual, yet on the whole, a moderately healthy aura is oval shaped (or egg shaped if that helps you). However, just having good symmetry is not an indication of a healthy aura.

Clairvoyants may be able to see various colors and instinctively know when something is wrong with the aura due to dark-toned shades of color. But they may not know how to properly interpret what they are seeing and effectively give you any help or relief from recurring issues or symptoms.

One of the problems were facing in this day and age is mass uncertainty. That is, people dont know when the next bad thing will hit.

We dont know when/if there will be any more bombings in our country or a neighboring one. We dont know when/if someone we love or care for will suffer a traumatic incident. We dont know when/if something might happen directly to us.

Maintaining hope, faith, and perseverance in the face of this uncertainty is its own unique uphill battle. Lets return to the topic of protection for a moment. There are numerous ways to protect ourselves, and spiritual protection is number one on the list. Because our auras are so sensitive, intelligent, enigmatic, and truly powerful, there must be some way to maintain them. Well, fortunately there is. Were going to assume for a moment that those of you reading this article do indeed wear clothes outside of your homes when going places, and wash off the dirt from the previous day every single day. With this idea in mind, can you imagine going a few days without properly washing your body, your hair, or even your teeth? What if you went twenty five years or more without ever taking a shower or bath? Granted, that is quite an unthinkable amount of time to go without cleansing. Yet, in a way, we all do this. If you havent cleansed your aura, imagine how different you might feel. Have you ever worked manual labor of some kind? Now you see what Im getting at. In the same way, you aura needs cleansing and protection just like your body does.

Your aura literally interacts with each and every psychic, energetic, magnetic, and radiation field in existence, twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, from the time you were born until this moment, and for the rest of your life. What have you done to protect it so that you can not only walk through life, but waltz through it? If your answer is none, then its time to make a conscious decision, its time to make a paradigm transformation. Consider the potential for getting through your busy workday after being cleansed from years of psychic sludge. Imagine how empowering that might be.

Actually, lets talk about self empowerment. I invite you to consider not only the possibility of self empowerment, but the reality of it as well. What comes up with this small exercise? Usually the phrase, thats great but comes up first. Then again you might be the forerunning advocate of self empowerment techniquesbravo if you are! If this is the case your internal phrase might have been along these lines, Yes I can, I want to be self empowered now. But how do you make the leap from feeling like a human computer (taking orders, giving orders, processing orders, understanding orders, etc) to feeling like a real life flesh and blood human beingan empowered one? Is it possible the aura has something to do with that also? Its not only possible, it is a reality.

When your aura is healthy, clean, and strong, it actually empowers you. Other people notice something is different. Has anyone ever come up to you and said, Wow, look at you! Youre all glowing! What happened? People only say this when in your own life something has finally gone your way, or you got something you really wanted, or there is something you have reason to be excited about. But your friends are right, when something is goodyou glow with it.

Tell yourself something. Would you feel good about a car if it didnt have a windshield? Is that a contraption you would want to get into and drive sixty miles an hour down the highway in? What about your children, even if you personally felt safe with this idea, would you put yours or someone elses child in something like this? If youre telling yourself, no way in the world, then youre right. In the same way weve been bustling through our lives at more like ninety miles an hour with little or no spiritual windshield.
